Who would have ever guessed

that I could overcome obesity. Not me! At 340 pounds, I could no longer ignore my obvious problem with food.
So, I put down my fork and started moving my butt. My 200-pound friend represents just how much weight
I have lost. I can't imagine carrying the equivalent of him around on my back 24-7 for nearly 20 years, but I did.
Now, I would like to share my story and common-sense, weight-loss philosophy to help others change their lives for the better.
Welcome to my website.
